Sussex judo participated with four teams at the Southern area teams event

On the 12/05/24 Sussex judo participated with four teams at the Southern area teams event. Sussex had an incredibly successful event with 4 complete teams featuring 10 different Sussex Judo clubs.

Our results were:

• Silver medals in the lightweight junior team

• Silver medals in the senior kyu grade team

• Gold in the heavyweight junior team

• Gold in the dan grade senior team

Sussex County picked up the most golds at the event and had a great team spirit with team members, coaches and parents all cheering on the teams.
